Nicole Skaluba
Vice President, Talent & Culture
Nicole Skaluba is the Vice President of Talent and Culture for physIQ. She leads all people related functions for the organization including talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), organizational development, and learning and development. Prior to her work at physIQ, Nicole led successful human resource teams at high-growth organizations in a variety of industries including technology, digital marketing, e-commerce, manufacturing, and education.
Nicole holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management and Development from National-Louis University, Bachelor of Arts degrees in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Iowa, the Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society of Human Resource Management, the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from Human Resource Certification Institute, and the Certified Professional in Management certification from the American Management Association (AMA-CPM). She currently serves as the Vice President for Chicago SHRM Board and the Bryan Middle School Parent Teacher Association.
