Medical-grade wearables maker physIQ onboarded two commercial execs, John Wilson and Chris Englerth, to oversee its life sciences practice and take the lead on marketing efforts, respectively.
Wilson, named SVP, GM of life sciences, joins with more than two decades of experience in sales, consulting and operations positions for companies such as Oracle, Medidata Solutions and Veeva Systems.
Englerth, named VP of marketing, brings nearly 25 years of experience in advertising, communications and marketing. Most recently, he led global marketing for Phlexglobal and Bioclinica (now Clario). Englerth also held marketing positions of increasing responsibility at Apria Healthcare and the American Red Cross.
Both leaders are tasked with accelerating the commercialization of physIQ’s FDA-cleared, AI-based technology platform, which uses medical-grade wearable devices to continuously monitor patients in decentralized clinical trials and in hospital-at-home settings.
